Thank you for purchasing from Digital Launch Pad.

We create premium digital educational resources, including downloadable e-books, guides, and execution-focused learning materials. Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products, all purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on Digital Launch Pad are delivered electronically in downloadable PDF format. No physical product is shipped.

Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to the purchased digital content.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • the product is a digital item,
  • delivery is considered completed once access or download is provided,
  • digital products cannot be physically returned.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • duplicate payment for the same product,
  • failure to receive the purchased file due to a verified technical issue,
  • corrupted, damaged, or incomplete file delivery that cannot be resolved through replacement support,
  • accidental multiple charges caused by payment gateway error.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • change of mind,
  • dissatisfaction after download,
  • lack of usage,
  • failure to read the product description,
  • personal preference,
  • mistaken purchases made by the customer,
  • inability to achieve expected business, financial, or personal outcomes from the educational material.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain at the sole discretion of Digital Launch Pad.

Replacement & Re-Download Support

If a purchased file is inaccessible or corrupted, customers may contact support for a replacement download link.

Customers who lose access to their purchased file may request re-download access up to two (2) times per order, subject to order verification.

Support & Resolution Timeline

Any technical issue or eligible refund request must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the respective bank or payment gateway provider.

All content, frameworks, documents, branding, and materials available on Digital Launch Pad are the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Launch Pad.

Purchases are intended strictly for individual personal use only.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, resale, sharing, uploading, or commercial use of any material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws in India.

European Union Customers

For customers located within the European Union, by purchasing and downloading digital content from this platform, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights once the download or access to the digital product has begun.
