Digital Launch Pad exclusively offers digital products, including downloadable e-books, guides, and educational resources.

No physical products are shipped through our platform.

Digital Delivery

All purchases are delivered electronically.

Upon successful payment confirmation, customers will receive access to their purchased digital product through:

  • direct download link,
  • email delivery, and/or
  • customer account access where applicable.

Most digital products are delivered instantly. However, in rare cases, delivery may take a few minutes depending on payment processing or technical factors.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your purchased product within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at:

with:

  • your full name,
  • order number,
  • payment reference.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery-related issues promptly.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing a valid email address during purchase,
  • ensuring their device supports PDF or compatible digital file formats,
  • securely storing downloaded files after delivery.

Digital Launch Pad shall not be responsible for issues arising from:

  • incorrect email addresses entered by customers,
  • internet connectivity problems,
  • spam or junk mail filtering,
  • incompatible devices or software.

Re-Download Access

Customers who lose access to their purchased file may request re-download support up to two (2) times per order, subject to verification.
